Case study: AI WhatsApp ordering assistant
Built for a restaurant business in Pakistan, currently live and taking real orders.
The problem
Restaurants take orders over WhatsApp by hand — someone reading messages, typing them into a system, and missing orders or making mistakes during a busy rush.
The system
An AI assistant reads incoming WhatsApp messages, understands the order in plain language, confirms it with the customer, and passes it straight into the restaurant's system — no manual typing required.
Where it's headed
Built to scale past a single location — the same assistant can handle order volume for restaurants across an entire city without adding staff.
